The gig I ordered was in two parts: 1- Listing products on Google shopping; 2- create and manage a 30 day campaign. The first part went well. For the paid ad campaign, the seller did not ask any questions about my business, which is a huge miss when comes time to targeting a specific niche in an ad campaign. I brought it up but it was not addressed. He also began the campaign without my approval on a budget first, despite having specifically requested to discuss budget before beginning the campaign. Lastly, the campaign did not last 30 days: the seller tried to deliver the order 10 days after the campaign began, and than offered a 10 day extension, so still not a full 30 day campaign.
